Industry leading electronic recycling company seeking a full time Site Supervisor in San Antonio TX. Site Supervisor will work hand in hand with both the site leadership and team associates in maintaining process flow sand day to day logistics for the various warehouse functions, including but not limited to: scheduling, work load assignment, associated paperwork, general compliance; and trouble shooting.

Responsibilities:

Works in conjunction with the Operations Manager, assuring all work is performed safely, in a timely manner, and in accordance with established company, regulatory, and compliance standards.

Ensures completion and submission of all required paperwork and data base entries to specified departments in a timely manner.

Working with the Operation Manager, monitors, orders and maintains equipment needed for job completion.

Assists Operations Manager where required with landlord interface, local and state authorities, and general public.

Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal regulatory requirements.

Discuss with Operations Manager problems or situations that need elevated/handled at a higher level.

Resolve issues/conflicts with personnel, vendors, customers and day to day operations in alignment within scope of responsibility.

Maintains high standards of integrity, energy levels and motivation of team

Ensure site is kept organized, clean and secure

Attend networking/marketing functions when deemed necessary

Plan, direct, and coordinate production work assignments to meet Customer expectations and requirements while maintaining quality service delivery to end user/customer.

Responsible for securing and the preservation of incoming equipment that is deemed re-marketable and rapidly moving it to AR Team for resale.

Assists with warehouse tasks as required.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED Equivalent

Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience working in a warehouse/logistics environment with a minimum of 3 years related work experience preferred.

Ability to work to deadlines in an ever changing, fast paced work environment

Good problem solving and decision-making ability.

Good organizational skills/ability to multi-task

Ability to effectively and efficiently manage constructive criticism and able to respond appropriately to ensure performance improvement

Fork Truck certified

Computer Experience with basic/demonstrated knowledge of Excel

Customer Service focused

Ability to communicate both verbally and written at all levels of the organization.

Able to perform basic vehicle maintenance a plus

Physical Requirements:

Frequently be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, balance and reach
