Basic Function:
The Training Specialist is responsible for providing administrative support to the Training and Development Manager, as well as assisting in the overall training and development of all ATR employees.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track employee training programs and incentives
- Continually update and maintain employee training matrix which involves data entry, focus and attention to detail
- Assist in the research and development of training courses, as well as creating instructional materials and manuals to support those courses
- Assist in the creation, facilitation and delivery of training and employee training development plans

Education and Experience:
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent required; with demonstrated hands-on experience and technical skills/training preferred.
- Three (3) or more years of relative experience desired
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management abilities
- Attention to detail
- Excellent planning and organizational skills

- Self-starter
Other Requirements:
- Must have a Valid Driver’s License
- Travel up to 25%
