Business Development Manager Pontiac, IL

Inside Sales Managers in Pontiac, IL are responsible for identifying target markets and sales leads. Primary focus for this position will be growing the ATR business by identifying and onboarding new customer accounts.

Basic Function: The Inside Sales position is responsible for interacting and servicing both new and existing accounts

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Establishes customer contact by initiating follow up outbound calls, 50 Per day, and receiving inbound return calls
  • Promotes services and facilitates customer needs to utilize ATR’s services by adequately assessing customer qualification, thoroughly explaining services benefits, and assisting with facilitating physician communication as necessary
  • Utilize strategic practices, market analysis, and constant in-depth client analysis to uncover revenue opportunities, existing accounts and new account to generate revenue.
  • Develops and Provides quotes and customer follow-up as required
  • Records customer information and maintains CRM by obtaining, entering, and verifying required data
  • Ensures quality service by following departmental and company policies, procedures, and standards, as well as adhering to compliance policies, procedures, and standards
  • Facilitates sales process by communicating/sharing information with appropriate internal and external contacts
  • Contributes to departmental objectives by accomplishing required contact and sales results, and ability to track and report progress of sales results
  • Maintain excellent communication, attitude, and rapport with internal and external clients

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma Required
  • Associated degree with a minimum of 2 years Inside Sales experience preferred, but not required.
